How to Embed Fonts in Vault Source Documents?
Answer:
A different font appears in the viewable rendition than that in the Vault source document. In order to use a particular font in Vault, it first must be embedded into the source document.
Example:
A font that is not a standard font within Microsoft Word is embedded into the source document using Microsoft Word before it is loaded into Vault. This allows the Vault rendering engine to generate a viewable rendition that matches the source document.
Note: Some fonts cannot be embedded causing documents to not render in Vault. For more information in regards to this limitation, read the following knowledge article
