How to automatically expire Vault documents?
Answer:
To automatically expire documents:
- Navigate to: Admin Gear --> Configuration --> Business Logic --> Document Lifecyles.
- Select the workflow in which to set up an expiration.
- On the Lifecycles General screen, click on the Expiration tab.
Setup all the Expiration information that is required. The Expiration Field drop-down menu lists all the required fields.
Note: In order for the document to Expire automatically, it needs an Expiration Destination State AND a Day 0 notification.
