An administrator navigates to the CRM Approved Email Administration Tab. The buttons to manage login credentials and execute a Vault sync do not appear.
There are three potential causes of the Approved Email Administration tab appearing blank.
Check the following:
If the Multichannel Context Root or Multichannel Server fields are blank, the page does not render correctly.
- Navigate to: Setup --> Develop --> Custom Settings --> Manage Veeva Common --> Main.
- The Multichannel Context Root value is mc appended with the org's current Veeva Version. Example: If the Veeva Version is 21.0.5:
- The Multichannel Context Root value is: mc21.0.5
- The APPROVED_EMAIL_VAULT_ENDPOINTS Veeva Message is not configured with the required URLs.
The CRM integration user listed in the Veeva Approved Email Credential Management section of the Approved Email Administrator tab credentials are invalid.
