Why Does the My Accounts Alphabet Rolodex Disappear in CRM?
For certain Languages and Locales, the My Accounts Alphabet Rolodex is not supported.
The Rolodex is displayed based on the Locale name. To request additional languages to be supported, a feature enhancement needs to be created on the Veeva Communities Forum. Veeva currently supports the following languages:
