Question:
An org does not currently have multiple currencies enabled. How to enable multiple currencies in an Org using CRM?
Answer:
Open a ticket with Veeva Support to have this feature enabled.
Veeva Support can contact Salesforce.com (SFDC) to have this feature enabled. The following information needs to be included in the Support Case:

The org id
-
The default currency to be used in the org.
Note: Once multiple currencies are enabled in an org, they cannot be disabled.
