Overview:
Users network-wide may not be able to login or receive emails from Salesforce.com.
Root Cause:
Salesforce.com (SFDC) IP ranges need to be allowlisted on the user network.
Solution:
Check with Salesforce.com for the most up-to-date list of IP ranges used.
