How to find Vault Outage information?
A possible Vault interruption of service can be the cause when multiple Vault users report not being able to login. The Veeva Trust Site reports on Veeva System services and status. If there is an outage or an interruption of service, it displays on the list with updated information. Bookmark this link to check status when needed.
Also, if needed, open a ticket with Veeva Support so outage information can be tracked accordingly.
