Vault is not returning the correct displayed language that is viewed on a document.
The document does not contain searchable text or enough word content.
If Vault is not detecting the correct language, check the following to be sure a document is correctly setup.
- Verify the document has searchable text. If the document is an image, Vault does not recognize the text in that image.
- Verify there is at least 100 characters on the document. If not, correct language detection results may not occur. Vault uses Google language detection.
- Determine if the language used is supported by Vault.
- Verify the document isn't password protected.
If none of the items above contribute to the problem, open a case with Veeva Support.
