The Vault is not displaying properly. Buttons and links are not displaying. A browser can affect Vault displaying properly.
Check for the use of an unsupported browser.
To determine the cause of the problem:
- Use one of the supported browser types. Be sure the browser version is current.
- Do not use a Zoom type function inside the browser. This can skew the screen and cause it to not display correctly.
- Clear temporary internet files. Depending on the browser or software policies, an IT admin at the customer site can assist with this step.
