Overview:
When starting a Workflow, required fields that are based on field dependencies do not display in the Workflow Start Dialog if they are blank.
Root Cause:
Required fields based on field dependencies do not display in Workflow Start Dialog if blank.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, add the document fields that are required based on field dependencies to the Entry Criteria of a lifecycle state. Then, add that state to the workflow Start step, under Next State Entry Criteria. Doing this, allows the fields to display in the Workflow Start Dialog.
