Issue:

The Recommended Email publishing-related job does not run and remains 'In Progress' in the Approved Email tab.

Possible root cause:

The Territory_vod fields on the related Territory Field (TSF_vod object) records do not match the Territory names that the target accounts were assigned to (example: test_Test != TEST_Test). The Territory values are case-sensitive values.

Solution:

Update the Territory Field (TSF) records for the accounts so the Territory_vod field on these records matches the Territory names exactly.
