Question:

How to disable reaction buttons for one key message in an entire CLM Presentation?

Answer:

By adding custom reactions to the Custom_reactions_vod field on the Key Message object, the standard reaction buttons do not display for that specific Key Message record. The standard reaction buttons display for the other key messages in the presentation.

Instructions:

  1. Log in as a user with Edit permission to the Key Message object
  2. Navigate to the key message in question and click Edit.
  3. Add any value to the custom_reactions_vod field.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Sync as your user to pull down the changes.
