Overview:
A user attempts to Creating Sample Order Transaction record from Salesforce page and receives error:
Error: Action not allowed
Root Cause:
Veeva does not allow the creation of a Sample Order Transaction record from the Salesforce page.
Sample Order Transaction record is created when a valid BRC is submitted in Call.
Solution:
Hide the Salesforce Tab of the Sample Order Transaction object.
Go to Setup --> Manage Users Profiles --> Select a profile --> Tab Settings --> Custom Tab Settings.
