Overview:

The Send to maps button does not appear on the Address page in CRM iRep. Field Level Security (FLS) is set on the Longitude and Latitude fields on the Address object. 

Root Cause:

The Map_vod field is not placed on the Address page layout. 

Solution:

The Map_vod field needs to be placed on the Address page layout.  1. Open Address page layout. 2. Drag and Drop Map_vod field on the page layout. 3. Save the page layout.
