When the Account Tactic field is populated on the Call Discussion page layout, Account Tactic is displayed as a picklist on the Call Report page.
Although the Complete flag on an Account Tactic record is enabled why does the Account Tactic display on the Call Report page?
This is working as expected.
The Complete field on the Account Tactics object does nothing and there is no out-of-the-box logic that drives that flag. Typically, what makes an Account Tactic complete, varies from Use-case to Use-case. Therefore, any logic can be included in the application to control this checkbox according to the business requirement.
