Overview:
When trying to create a campaign target in CRM for iPad, the + symbol does not appear. This prevents a user from creating a campaign record offline.
Root Cause:
This is working as designed.
Solution:
CRM for iPad (iRep) only supports a View of Campaign Target Records.
