A representative records a call, adds attendees, views media, and saves call on iRep. After syncing, the Attendee section is grayed out on CRM Online and attendees cannot be added. While on iRep, attendees can still be added. Why is the Attendee section grayed out in the Call Report Page Online?
This is working as designed.
The Add Attendee functionality is blocked on Online if the CLM flag on Call is checked.
Note: When media is viewed on a Call Report, the CLM flag on Call is checked.
