Is there any limitation when adding email fragments to an email template in Vault?
There is a limitation when adding email fragments to an email template.
During the sync from Vault to CRM, related email fragments IDs are collected and stored in the Allowed_Document_IDs_vod field. It is a Long Text Area field type, allowing admins to store 2100 characters. If the email fragment does not display, check if the ID that is included in the field.
