How to recover deleted documents from Vault?
Answer:
Documents that are deleted from Vault can be restored. Open a ticket with Veeva Support and provide the following information:
- Vault ID of the Vault from which the document is deleted.
- Document number of the deleted document. (This can be found in the Document Audit History, under the Logs tab in the Admin menu).
Note: Support can only restore deleted documents. Versions of a document cannot be restored. Documents deleted beyond 30 days ago may not be available for restoration.
Document to Document relationships do not get restored. They are listed in the Audit trail.
