What notifications are shown in the Multichannel Alerts section on the offline Home Page in CRM?
Multi-channel Alerts provide two types of notifications:
- Urgent Notifications
- Occurs if the sent Email is bounced.
- Occurs if the sent Email is unsubscribe.
- Normal Notifications
- Occurs if the most recent Activity (Email_Activity.Email_Event_Type) for a Sent Email, whose owner is the user, is: Opened, Clicked, Viewed or Downloaded.
- Occurs if there is a Multichannel Activity created for an account that lies in the user’s territory.
Note: The following activities are not in the offline Multichannel Activity alerts:
