A user uses the CRM Email Editor to create an Email Template and then approves it. The Email Template cannot be edited by the Email Editor after versioning the document and clicking the Create Draft user action.
Create Draft is a native Vault action and does not attach custom logic (Email Editor Rendition) to the document. The Email Template cannot be edited without an Email Editor Rendition.
- Delete the current Draft version.
- Use Edit Email which versions the document and puts it back into Draft.
