How can a Subject be pulled into a Salesforce.com (SFDC) report if using a custom text token subject in the approved email?
The custom subject of an approved email is saved in the Email_Config_Values_vod field of Sent_Email_vod object.
The administrator needs to write a trigger that parses the subject from this field and stores it in a custom field on the Sent_Email_vod object. A report is run with the new custom field.
