When selecting a value from the Delivery Method picklist on the Medical Inquiry page, it prompts to select a value from the Delivery Detail picklist.
If Phone or Email is selected in the Medical Method picklist, the Account phone or email in the Delivery Detail picklist can be selected. Is it possible to set a user phone or email to the picklist?
It is not possible to set a user phone or email to the Delivery Detail picklist.
Only the values listed can be selected in an Email or Phone Delivery Detail picklist:
