When does the General Comment label display in the Key Message and Comment section of the Call Report page?
Answer:
General Comment label displays on the Call Report page when one of the following is met:
- The Key Message is Active and not related to any product
- The Key Message is not a CLM message (CLM ID field on Key Message object is not populated)
- Field Level Security (FLS) of Segment field on Key Message object is not enabled
- The Segment field on the Key Message object is empty
- The Account Segmentation contains the value of the Segment field on the Key Message object
