The user needs to view the account territory by clicking the View Territory button on the Account Detail page. The account has a territory assigned. The search result in the pop-up User Territory window is empty.
The User Territory window displays all the territories and assigned users for a given account. The results come from the UserTerritory table, querying by the account Territory Id, returning: territory, username and description.
If there is no related record in UserTerritory table even though the account has a territory assigned, there is no result in the User Territory window.
Assign any user to the account territory. The result appears in the pop-up User Territory window.
