When the account clicks the Unsubscribe link in an email, a blank page is opened.
These are possible causes of the problem:
- The related sent email record is deleted.
- The end user does not have the visible accessibility of the Account.Restricted_Products_vod__c field.
There are two possible solutions:
- This is working as designed. The Salesforce Id (SFDC) of the sent email record obtains all the values for the Account, the product for which the email was sent, and other details. If the sent email record is deleted, the details cannot be captured.
- Give the end user visible accessibility to the Account.Restricted_Products_vod__c field.
