Why does Lookup Search not work when using the Go Online function in CRM for iPad?
Answer:
Lookup Search does not work with an embedded browser because it does not support popups or multiple tabs.
To avoid the problem, use the Safari browser instead of an embedded browser:
- Enter Online_Tab_URL in the sidebar search box.
- Modify the text of Veeva Message Online_Tab_URL to SAFARI:/home/home.jsp.
