Suggestion records are created in CRM Online, but do not display in CRM iRep even though Suggestion records are downloaded to iRep by checking iRep local DataBase. Why are Suggestions not displaying in CRM iRep?
Suggestions do not display in iRep when any of the following conditions are met:
- The Priority of Suggestion is empty
- Suggestions hit the Expiration Date
- The Expiration Date is less than or equal to the Posted Date of Suggestions
Note: If a suggestion is refreshed with a new date (same ID, same details), the suggestion displays again.
To display Suggestions in iRep, enable (check) the Priority, Expiration Date, and Posted Date of Suggestions and set appropriate values.
