Overview:
CLM top level directory does not show all the presentations in CRM iRep.
Root Cause:
In Multichannel Setting, Hide CLM Thumbnails In All Dir View is enabled. This hides all presentation thumbnails in the top level directory.
Solution:
Navigate to: Setup --> Build --> Develop --> Custom Settings --> Multichannel Settings. Disable the Hide CLM Thumbnails In All Dir View setting. Then, clear Veeva Cache.
