How to set an Email Template to be available to all users in CRM?
Answer:
Content must be assigned to one and only one product in Vault for the integration to work properly. It can be done by creating an All product in Vault and CRM. Then, assign content and give access through the use of My Setup. Otherwise, users need to duplicate the Email Template in Vault and assign to existing products.
