Files are not appearing, or appearing with delay in the Online CRM application after being uploaded to an FTP Server. An error message occurs: File not available.
The user populates a non-identical FTP Server hostname within the FTP application. This causes the file to be uploaded to a different FTP Server.
To successfully upload content to an FTP server, the user has to supply the following information:
- Username - Use the same name as the CRM username
- Password - The password corresponding to the Username
- Hostname - Be sure to use the correct hostname for the correct FTP server. The user can find the hostname by navigating the following path: Setup --› Develop --› Custom Settings --› Manage Veeva Common --› Main --› FTP Server: 'https://vf#.vod309.com' (use without the 'https://' prefix)
