An admin user creates one or more new Detail Groups. The Tab on Ratings and Evaluations section of Accounts is set to Off for these newly created Detail Groups. Can the Tabs be activated by default instead of manually activating them for each Account separately?
Two different data loads are required for all Accounts.
- In the first data load map the Accounts and map the SFDC ID or External ID of the Detail Group to the Products_vod__c field on the Product Metrics object. (Not to the Detail_Group_vod__c field)
- Use the success file to update each record with the correct Product and additional field values.
Note: If a user turns off the tab, this deletes the corresponding data.
