When a user creates a Medical Inquiry, the following error occurs: Insufficient access rights on cross-reference ID.
The user does not have Edit access to the Accounts in the Territory.
- Navigate to Setup --> Manage Users --> Users.
- Search for the user.
- Open the User Detail page by clicking on the user full name.
- Scroll to the Territories section.
- Click on the Territory link.
- Click on the Edit button.
- Change Account Access to Users in this territory can view and edit accounts assigned to this territory.
- Click on the Save button.
