How to display the Distributor on a Print Sample Receipt in Veeva CRM?

Answer:

Check configured settings against the following behavior:

For products listed as type BRC in the Product Catalog:

  • The Distributor on the Print Sample Receipt is the distributor as listed in the Product Catalog.

For products listed as type Sample in the Product Catalog:

  • If the Veeva Setting ENABLE_SAMPLE_DISTRIBUTED_BY_SIG is not enabled: The Distributor on the Print Sample Receipt is not present.
  • If the Veeva Setting ENABLE_SAMPLE_DISTRIBUTED_BY_SIG is enabled: The Distributor on the Print Sample Receipt is the User's Company Name (if populated).
