In Vault, content is associated with properties that correlate to CRM attributes, such as Language, Country, etc. These properties are mapped to the respective CRM fields when content is sent to CRM iRep.

Vault also maps a product country combination that matches that set in the CRM application. Content visibility abides by sharing rules that exist in the CRM application.

Example: Sharing rules may be in place to govern to which countries content is visible. They are also used to determine which end users content is visible.

Additional functionality is created to map a Vault product::country combination to a CRM product. If a product such as UK Cholecap is created in CRM, it is used when Vault has a document with country=UK and product=Cholecap.
