Why are some calls not calculated in the Vinsight Reach and Frequency Report?
Child Calls are not calculated in the Vinsight Reach and Frequency Report.
If the value of the Is_Parent_Call_vod__c field on the Call object is 0 and the value of the Parent_Call_vod__c field on the Call object is not blank, it is considered a Child Call.
