Not able to refresh a customer Sandbox Vault.
The affected Sandbox Vault cannot be refreshed because it was not originally created from its related Production Vault.
Remove the affected Vault and create a new Sandbox Vault that is cloned from its related Production Vault. The DNS name and Vault name do not need to be changed. However, any associated user accounts and documents need to be added back into the new Vault.
Once this process is completed, the affected Vault can be refreshed periodically. The user accounts are in the affected Vault after the refresh is completed. Any documents in the affected Vault need to be added back after the refresh is completed.
