Question:
On the Medical Inquiry screen, why do the possible actions appear as links instead of buttons on the page layout (Record a Call, Send Email, etc..)?
Answer:
This is expected behavior when using the --mpi section signal. This section signal enables Multiple Medical Inquiries functionality. When enabled, it allows for individual Medical Inquiry records to be created for each Product selected on the Parent Medical Inquiry.
To accommodate this, each possible action is no longer displayed as a button on the Medical Inquiry. Instead it appears as a Link next to the individual products on the Medical Inquiry to allow for separate actions for each Medical Inquiry.
