Can IE9 Browser be Used to Access the Veeva Support Portal?
Answer:
Internet Explorer 9 is the browser being used to access the Support Portal. The Support Portal is not supported in older versions of Internet Explorer. Use the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome to access the Support Portal, instead.
Note: Internet Explorer 11 is no longer be supported to access the Support Portal as of December 31, 2019. Please use Microsoft Edge if you need to use a Microsoft Browser to access the Support Portal going forward.
