Can a user dismiss Call Objective alerts?
Answer:
The alert appears until the objective is met or it passes its due date. Control the number of days the alert appears.
- Set the CALL_OBJECTIVES_ALERT_THRESHOLD_DAYS_vod Veeva Setting. This value determines the number of days before a Call Objective's due date to display an alert to the user.
If this value is 0, the alert appears on the day the objective is due.
If this value is blank or negative, no alerts appear.
