When a Vault Submissions user imports zip files to Submissions, an error occurs: Internal System Error Encountered.
Note: This error occurs when different zip files are imported to the same Vault.
This issue is caused by one or more required fields which exist on the SubmissionsArchive document type.
- Login to Vault Submissions.
- Click on Admin.
- Navigate to Configuration tab.
- Click on Document Fields.
- Select the Submissions Archive document fields.
- Determine if any document fields are enabled for the User must always enter a value (required) option.
- If enabled, remove this field or disable this option.
- Import the zip files again.
