We are currently experiencing an issue with creating new support tickets from the Help Center portal. Some users are unable to select the appropriate form when submitting their tickets. We are working to resolve the issue.

Align Page is Blank in Veeva Align

Question:

Why the content of a page does not load in Veeva Align?

Answer:

The object's page layout uses "Pages". Pages are not supported in Veeva Align.

Solution:

Navigate to the relevant object's Page layout (Admin tab > Configuration tab > Object Setup > Object > Object Name > Layout tab) and click the "Remove Pages" option as shown in the following screenshot:
