Internal requests are logged when a user with an @veeva.com email address submits a ticket to CRM Operations, Vault Operations, and/or Quality Services.
- Log into the Veeva Support Portal.
- Click the Tickets link.
- Click the Create new ticket button.
- Click the Veeva Internal tile.
- Select the appropriate team related to your request.
- Complete the intake form.
- The Organization field is auto-populated with Veeva Systems as the value.
- For CRM Operations requests, select the appropriate CRM Application.
- For Vault Operations requests, select the appropriate Request Type.
- Click the Submit button.
Result:
The ticket is routed to the appropriate team.
Note: Navigate to the Tickets page to review the status of your requests and to interact with internal teams on tickets.
