Question:
When saving or submitting a Call in which the Call Date is in the previous year, the Last Activity Date is missing on the Territory Specific Field (TSF) record in CRM Online.
Answer:
This is working as designed.
When saving or submitting a Call in the current year, the existing TSF records for that Account-Territory of previous years get YTD Activity set to 0 and Last Activity Date empty.
