Why Veeva CRM allows sending Approved Email from a Medical Inquiry record without an active consent record?
Answer:
This is the expected behavior. Consent check is bypassed if the Approved Email is created from a Medical Inquiry record. In the case of the Medical Inquiry, the Rep user is taking action on an explicit request from the HCP unlike general promotional emails.
