Can the Portal Library be Accessed Directly in Vault?

Question:

Can a user access the Portal Library through the Vault user interface (UI)?

Answer:

At present, it is not possible to directly access the Portal or Portal Library using the UI. The Portal object can be added as a tab in Vault which may provide easier access to this object.
