Question:
Why are CLM Presentations coming from Vault not displayed in a CRM Production Org?
Answer:
This is a configuration issue. The root cause is that Field-Level Security (FLS) is missing for the following fields on the Key Message object:
- CDN Path
- Vault DNS
- Vault Document ID
- Vault External Id
- Vault GUID
- Veeva External Id
Users are unable to view the content unless FLS is provided for these fields.
