Why is a Detail Product not shown at the zvod_samples section of the Call Report page? Are there specific product types that need to be used when submitting a Call?
Answer:
This is working as designed. Products with type Detail do not show up in the Materials section. Either the Promotional type or custom types need to be used. However, CRM does not allow custom types to show up if the --no (No Other Products) section signal is used at the Promotional Items section.
