Question:

Why does a CRM Suggestion survey not appear after selecting Dismiss from a suggestion?

Answer:

The survey referenced in the Suggestion_Survey_vod lookup field on the Suggestion_vod object appears after selecting Dismiss from a Suggestion as long as the following criteria are met on the Survey_vod object:

  • The Channels_vod value is Suggestions_vod
  • The Status_vod value is Published_vod
  • Today's date is between Start_Date_vod and End_Date_vod

Verify that the user has access to the appropriate Object Level Security (OLS), Field Level Security (FLS), and Record Type access defined in the CRM documentation. Verify that the user has access to the Suggestion Survey record as well.
