Why are there values missing on the Subject picklist field when a user adds a follow-up activity during a call?
Call Follow-up Templates are used to manage follow-up activities and are stored in the Call_Followup_Template_vod object.
Call Follow-ups are available for the user if there are records:
- Where the Language_vod value matches the language defined on the user's detail record
- Where the Language_vod is not populated
Additionally, the user needs access to the Call_Followup_Template_vod object and Field Level Security (FLS) to the Language_vod field.
